Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any items unless the product is received in a defective or poor-quality condition.

If you receive a product that is broken or not up to standard, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with the following information:

  • Order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos of the defective product

Once we receive your request, we will review the case and offer a replacement or a refund if deemed appropriate. We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet our return policy criteria.
